A traditional village with natural beauty, with the church of the Holy Trinity and the Church of Our Lady Revealed 2 km outside the village, with beautiful paintings of the 16th century.

Every year on August 2, the anchovy festival is held in New Skioni. The village beach every year is awarded with the "Blue Flag" quality award.
